Our Mission

Faithful Stewardship

MHT Advisory Group exists to build organizations that last. But building a business was never the whole purpose. Each month, a percentage of our profit goes to one organization serving its community, chosen with care.

“As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.”

1 Peter 4:10  ·  King James Version

One Organization, Every Month

A standing commitment, not an annual gesture.

Every month, MHT Advisory Group directs a percentage of its profit to one organization doing meaningful work for a community or for a group that needs it. One at a time, on purpose.

The cadence matters. Giving once a year is an event. Giving every month is a discipline — the same discipline we ask of every organization we advise.

Who We Look For

Organizations serving the community — and those who serve alongside them.

We look for organizations doing the unglamorous, necessary work — serving a neighborhood, a population, or a need that larger institutions overlook. Many are small. Most operate with less infrastructure than their mission deserves.

We also look for those who serve the servers — organizations supporting veterans, caregivers, first responders, and families carrying weight that few people see.

Built In, Not Added On

This is not corporate philanthropy. It is why the firm exists.

Many firms begin giving once they are comfortable. This commitment was written into MHT Advisory Group from the beginning, when giving was least convenient — because a principle honored only in good seasons is not a principle.

The firm’s growth and its giving are tied together by design. As one rises, so does the other — which is the point.

Stewardship, Not Charity

What we have been given is meant to move through us.

Stewardship assumes the gift was never ours to keep. Two decades of executive experience, a bilingual practice, a business built from an immigrant’s start — none of it was self-generated.

Sometimes that support is financial. Sometimes it takes the form of time, counsel, or structure an organization has never had the capacity to build on its own.

“The measure of a business is not only what it builds, but who it lifts along the way.”
