Mirdalys Herrera Tweeton is a senior executive leader with more than 20 years of experience building operational infrastructure, leading organizational change, and driving disciplined execution across private sector companies, law firms, nonprofit organizations, and mission-driven enterprises.

She founded MHT Advisory Group, LLC to deliver C-suite-caliber leadership to organizations that need it most — those at a point of growth, transition, or operational complexity where experienced leadership is the difference between stalling and scaling. The firm reflects a simple belief: organizations at critical inflection points deserve more than advice — they deserve executive leadership that understands what it takes to build, stabilize, and scale.

Her leadership is shaped by a career built across industries, cultures, and environments — developing fluency not just in Spanish and English, but in the ability to read a room, bridge organizational divides, and build trust across vastly different teams and institutions. Shaped by a life navigated across cultures, Mirdalys brings a multicultural perspective that informs how she leads, how she communicates, and how she builds teams that function across difference.

Throughout her executive career, Mirdalys has led organizations through periods of rapid growth, structural change, compliance risk, and leadership transition. Her work consistently produces the same outcomes: stabilized operations, accountable teams, clear priorities, and systems that hold up under pressure.

In addition to her advisory work, Mirdalys has trained and presented to more than 250 organizations nationwide on quarterly execution, annual planning, accountability frameworks, and organizational development — bringing the same directness in the room that she brings to her clients.

Mirdalys is a U.S. Army veteran, a native of Artemisa, Cuba, and bilingual in English and Spanish — a trusted advisor to owners and executive teams who demand candor, discretion, and results. She is currently a JD Candidate at Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
